• The kitchen is accessed directly from the entrance hall through an archway 115cm wide.

• The fridge, oven, washing machine and dishwasher are all under the worktop and require some bending to operate.

• On the worktop is the kettle, toaster, microwave oven, sink and hob.
• Above the worktop, 140cm from the floor are further cupboards containing crockery, glasses etc.
• An extractor fan is situated above the hob.

• The flooring is ceramic tiles. The kitchen is lit by spotlights.
